Founded in 2021, tokenforge enables issuers to bring regulated digital assets to market quickly, securely and at scale. We operate at the intersection of financial regulation and blockchain technology, turning complex legal requirements into usable products that meet institutional standards. Our focus is the DACH region and selected EU markets, jurisdictions known for their strict frameworks, not their shortcuts. We are fully aligned with MiFID II, MiCAR and the German eWpG, and collaborate with licensed partners for every key function: custody, registrar services, liability umbrella, fiat payment service providers and additional enterprise solutions for managing assets, investors and transactions.
