### **Token Generation Event (TGE)**

* **Timing**: The TGE will be on 16. February 2026 in accordance with **MiCAR Article 13** (investor withdrawal rights).
* **Purpose**: TGE marks the technical creation of the token and enables on-chain distribution — but **not immediate liquidity**.

### Vesting Logic

* **Price vs. Vesting Model**: Purchasers in earlier rounds benefit from **lower token prices** but accept **longer vesting periods** (48 weeks).
* **Gradual Unlock**: Tokens unlock **progressively** during the vesting period to **prevent immediate sell-offs** and protect market stability.

### Allocation Mechanics

* **No Cliff**: All presale rounds have **0-week cliff**, but vesting happens **linearly over 48 weeks (max)**.
* **Vesting starts from TGE**, not from the purchase date.
* **Same supply, no dilution**: All vesting happens **within the fixed 1,000,000,000 TKFG total supply**, ensuring **no dilution** across rounds.
