Legal documents

Legal documents such as terms of use, revocation policy, and privacy policy should be created by a lawyer. These will then be handed over to our team at TokenForge for implementation into the frontend. To allow users to sign the legal documents during onboarding or the checkout process, they need to be uploaded. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Protocol -> Legal documents.

2. Here is an overview of the documents already uploaded.

1. To add a new document, click on Create.

2. Choose the corresponding PDF file and upload it.

3. Select the document type.

4. If it's specific to a product, search for the relevant product.

5. Signature Event must be filled out. The statuses are:

   • none

   • onboarding

   • checkout

6. Category should be set to "legitimation", "revoke" or "wib".

7. Enter the document name in both German and English.

8. Activate the document.

9. Save in the last step.
